Account Registration and Security

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account.

Subscription Plans and Payment

Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Essential Plan: $29/month - Up to 300 students
• Standard Plan: $79/month - Up to 1000 students
• Enterprise Plan: $149/month - Up to 2000 students

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party, including but not limited to business strategies, technical information, and customer data. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• By you: At any time with 30 days notice
• By us: Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• By us: With 30 days notice for non-breach termination
• Upon termination, your access to Services will cease
• We may delete your data after 90 days of inactivity

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osignee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Osignee and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
